Client Wellness Program

Library Lever invites you to think beyond a normal consortium buying club. We do offer all the traditional discounts with library vendors; with a focus on hunting out the best newer vendors who will work with both public and academic libraries, and offer flexible pricing plans that provide true value and savings

But there's more to it than that. The cornerstone of our offering is our Client Wellness Program, where we work with you to make sure that your library is actually using, and receiving value for the products and services you are purchasing. We also invest in your well being through our Library Lever Academy, included in your membership; a suite of professional development tutorials designed to educate and support library staff on topics including secondary trauma stress, grant writing, conflict resolution, and more!

This program supports clients throughout the subscription cycle with outreach designed to promote user engagement and to achieve usage, outreach, and engagement goals. This winds up looking slightly different for each library, as we will work with you to create a unique, bespoke plan of action.

For some libraries that might be providing language to reach out to faculty. For others, it might be arranging training sessions for staff. We will be with you, working with the vendors to make sure you have all the tools and resources you need, and crucially, helping to ensure that everyone in the library is using those tools and resources in order to communicate with faculty, and achieve the best value for your money for each resource.
